Event - Inclusive Leadership Institute
The Inclusive Leadership Institute is a 2-day immersive program that equips and enables individual contributors to engage in bottom-up leadership to move the diversity, equity & inclusion conversation forward at their organizations.

The InclusionVentures invited me to support with planning, logistics, and execution of this inaugural experience. Held over MLK Weekend 2018, 30 curious leaders came together for skills and empathy building, deep reflection, and connection. I handled: volunteers, photographer, videographer, caterer, planning and logistics, printing and design.

The interest and demand for this inaugural institute set the blueprint for replication to help IV increase brand presence in the Bay Area, secure new clients, and transform workplaces from within.

Event - From Personal to Professional: How to Be Authentically You

One of InclusionVentures’ clients, the Emma Bowen Foundation, holds an annual event in the Bay Area to help build brand awareness and cultivate internship opportunities. The Emma Bowen Foundation is a nonprofit that provides multi-year paid internships for college students of color.

Together, we hosted an evening of professional development with a keynote from inclusive leadership expert & TED Resident Torin Perez. I organized a supportive crew of volunteers - including a few EBF alumni. I also designed the brand identity for the event, managed the marketing, and handled all of the pre-and-post-event logistics.

Testimonial: Ivellisse has stepped in to help InclusionVentures launch four significant events that were critical for our organizational success. She did so with grace, determination, persistence, and ease. Her knack for detail and organization, her savvy around communication and marketing, and her ability to push me just beyond my comfort zone make me continually come back to Ivellisse and Bombilla when I know I need something flawlessly executed. -Amy Lazarus, CEO and Founder @ InclusionVentures
